What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Source, screen, and interview top-quality candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and candidate databases
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate engagement through to offer stage and placement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure fast and efficient delivery
Conduct thorough candidate qualification, including assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit
Negotiate salary, rates, and start dates between candidates and clients to secure successful placements
Deliver exceptional candidate care to ensure a positive experience and secure long-term relationships
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly placement and billing targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
