Recruitica uses a combination of profile completeness, skills alignment, and recruiter-curated criteria to surface the most relevant opportunities. We believe in being open about how your data is used to create matches.

What we never use
- Age, gender, ethnicity, or protected characteristics
- Data from social platforms without explicit consent
- Inferred attributes not provided by you
- Third-party data brokers
Your control
You can update your profile at any time to improve or change the matches you receive. Setting your profile to Private will pause all matching until you re-activate it. You may also request a copy of the data used to match you by contacting privacy@recruitica.io.
No automated decision-making with legal effect:All final hiring decisions are made by human recruiters. Recruitica's matching surfaces candidates for human review — it never makes binding decisions.
