What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates
Negotiate pay rates and salary packages to secure the best outcomes for all parties
Keep accurate and up-to-date records using the company CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly placement and revenue targets
Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments
