We are looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this full-cycle role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from initial client contact to candidate placement
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Develop existing client accounts and generate new business through warm and cold calling
Negotiate salary expectations and offer terms between clients and candidates
Provide exceptional candidate care and deliver a seamless recruitment experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company CRM system
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and financial targets
