About the Job
We are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this full-cycle role, you will manage the entire recruitment process from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. You will play a key part in expanding our client portfolio while delivering top-tier talent to meet their hiring needs.
What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Generate new business through proactive cold calling, networking, and social selling
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best match for client requirements
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
Negotiate offer terms between clients and candidates to secure successful placements
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all activities using the internal CRM system
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
