We are looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving Brecon office. In this full-cycle role, you will take ownership of your own desk, managing the entire recruitment process from initial business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing and successful placement. What You'll Do
Core responsibilities and daily activities in this role
Generate new business leads through proactive cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using various job boards and database searches
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from taking the brief to negotiating offers
Provide a consultative service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly placement targets and KPIs
Keep accurate and up-to-date records using the internal CRM system
